My dear friend Peachy the cat = me this weekend. Utterly exhausted. After a few weeks of beautiful people, places and grand adventures, my body and spirit finally said, “Can you SLOW THE F DOWN and let me process now?” So I slept. I cried a lot. I danced. I cleaned my house because honoring my physical space keeps me grounded.
