What Are Singing Bowls?

Caption this 😆 But for real though, what is happening here? This is a Tibetan singing bowl on my uncle’s head. These bowls have been crafted since the 8th century specifically for healing purposes. These bowls come from the Shakyamuni clan in Nepal, who have been hand-crafting these bowls for centuries. They are made of a 7-metal alloy, with each metal correlating to a specific chakra in the body. The beautiful thing about these bowls is that as each craftsperson forms them, they say a prayer and intention. So each bowl is literally filled with hundreds and hundreds of prayers. As we as humans are mostly water, our bodies respond deeply to the healing vibrations of these bowls. They are powerfully crafted to heal, support and shift energy deep in the body.
