Happy Trails

Which do you choose? Not going to lie, I’m definitely walking on what feels like the “More Difficult” path at the moment. Fair warning: it is true to its name. The thing about this path (literally) — when I went on this hike in Canada in August, sure the hill was much steeper and narrow and a little harrowing at times, but the views were spectacular. Figuratively, I’m not at the top of this peak yet in my own journey, so for now I am still climbing, processing and sitting in the shadow work. Shadow work is many things, though ultimately it is the process of identifying and healing your most limiting, painful and self-sabotaging beliefs. During this process is where being quiet and listening within is most important, and that is what I am doing. I trust 200% that the views at the top will be more than worth the hard work the more difficult path requires. Stay tuned and in the meantime, ask yourself: “Which path am I on? Is it really aligned with what my inner guidance is telling me is true? And am I willing to listen?” Happy trails 😉🐾
